In the middle of Sommarland, just below Båtsjön, you’ll find Café Borgen, our very own ice cream castle. Here we serve soft ice cream, scooped ice cream, and waffles. You can sit in the shade under a tree or inside our lovely greenhouse. Or perhaps you’ll enjoy your ice cream in a rowboat just around the corner. Of course, we offer gluten- and lactose-free options.
