Yes, you can pay in installments for all products sold online.

If you’re a day visitor to Summer& Waterland , parking Waterland right as you drive into the resort. Payment is made via Easypark or Parkster, and Kneippbyn has parking attendantswho can assist you. The parking feeis 25 SEK per hour, with a maximum of 75 SEK per day.
From the parking lot, it’s about 300 meters to the main entrance of Sommarland.

We're glad you want to play our fun, themed adventure golf!

Golf reservations and payments are handled at the Magasinet gift shop, located right next to the course and our reception desk. That’s also where you’ll pick up your clubs, balls, and scorecards.

Yes. Several attractions at the adventure parks have height or age restrictions for safety reasons.

This applies primarily to:

  • Water slides
  • Major rides
  • Certain motorized activities

The current height and age requirements are as follows:

  • At each attraction
  • On information signs in the park
  • On the website
  • Through on-site staff

The safety limits are established in accordance with applicable regulations and must be followed.

To visit Waterland their own, children must be at least 12 years old and know how to swim.
Please note that parents are always responsible for their children, and we recommend adult supervision when swimming at Waterland.

Important:

  • Any changes to the date must be made by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your appointment.

Kneippbyn Resort Visby is located by the sea, about 3 km south of Visby.
You can get there by car, bike, bus, or on foot.

If you want to take the bus, the easiest way is to download the Gotland Public Transportation app. There you’ll find timetables, a map to the nearest station, and the option to buy tickets. You can also visitwww.gotlandbiljett.se tofind information and buy tickets.

Local bus line 10 from Visby stops on Kneippbynvägen in the town of Vibble. From the bus stop, it takes about 8 minutes to walk to Kneippbyn.

During peak season, a limited number of bicycles are available for rent at the front desk, and these are rented on a daily basis. If you would like to rent a bicycle for the duration of your stay, please contactwww.gotlandscykeluthyrning.com

Adventure Parks:
For our guests with disabilities, a specially designated ticket offering reduced admission is available, which can be booked as usual through our online booking system. Upon presentation of a valid certificate, one companion may enter free of charge and does not need to book a ticket.

We currently do not have the option of prioritized queues. However, occupancy is lower on weekends.

Concerts:
Kneippbyn Live is intended to be accessible to everyone.

Absolutely. There are also barbecue areas (Summerland) available for all our visitors. Please note that you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into the park or consume it there.

Yes, you can pay for your accommodation or travel package in installments.

When booking, there are several options for paying in installments via Klarna.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is due (this can also be paid in installments via Klarna).
You can then pay in installments until 28 days before arrival, at which point the booking must be paid in full.

If you cancel more than 28 days before arrival, the “deposit” will not be refunded.

You can also pay for admission tickets in installments with Klarna.

As a season pass or punch card holder, you have access to the parks on all open days during the season. More than 90 days of play, swimming, and fun await you from May through August.
In addition to access to all the fun activities in the parks, as a season pass holder you receive the following benefits:

  • Admission to our End-of-School-Year Party at Waterland exclusively for Season Ticket Holders
  • Bring a friend during the promotional weekend
  • 10% off food & soft drinks
  • 50% off padel tennis all summer long

Once you have a season pass, you don’t need to reserve a specific day. This means you can still visit us even if the park is sold out for single-day tickets.

The Parent Card can be shared by two people and includes a total of 10 day passes to Summer and Waterland. A maximum of two passes may be used per day of visit. The card is valid for one season.

As a season ticket or multi-trip ticket holder, you have access to the parks on all opening days during the season. No advance booking is required. This means you can visit us even if the park is sold out in terms of single tickets.

Once you have purchased your season pass, you will receive a text message with a QR code that you show at the entrance to collect your wristband.
Before collection, you need to activate your card. This is done digitally.You can read our step-by-step guide here.

Your safety is our top priority, both at Kneippbyn and during the booking process!
For SEK 150, you can add the security package, which gives you the option of canceling your booking without penalty.

Terms and conditions of the security package:

When you choose the Peace of Mind Package, you can cancel your tickets for a full refund until 10:00 a.m. on the same day you booked your visit to the park. (The fee for the Peace of Mind Package is non-refundable.) You do not need to provide any documentation or explain why you are canceling; simply notify us atiticket@kneippbyn.seto receive a refund. Easy and hassle-free. (Admission tickets purchased without the Peace of Mind Package are non-refundable.)

A Cabana is the best place in Waterland.

A popular option for families who want to enjoy the sun away from all the fun water slides while securing the "best spot." Please note that everyone in your party must purchase an admission ticket.

DESCRIPTION

Our cabanas are located on a small hill above the Lagunen oasis.

Your cabana will be ready for you when the gates to the water park open, but you can also arrive a little later. A cabana is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

Food & drink

You can easily order food and drinks from the adjacent Pool Club via your mobile phone, and the area is fully licensed. Secure a truly wonderful spot for a fantastic day at Waterland.

Check-in

Cabanas are rented per opening day and cost SEK 399 – regular opening hours apply. You check in your Cabana at the entrance to Waterland Badshopen).

Please note that you will need to purchase separate admission tickets for all persons in your party over the age of 3.

With a weekly pass, you can simply enjoy all the fun activities for a whole week. Perfect for those staying at the resort for a longer period. You can move freely between the parks during their opening hours, and only the "start date" needs to be booked in advance—on other days, you simply show your admission wristband. As a guest staying at Kneippbyn, you receive a discounted rate on the weekly pass.

Pets

Pets are welcome in the parks if they are kept on a leash throughout the visit. We offer a limited number of accommodations where you can bring your four-legged friend.

Tickets

To create the best experience for you as a guest, we have limited the number of places in the amusement parks. All tickets are sold online, and it is wise to book in advance. You can easily change the date of your visit. The ticket price includes all rides.

Food & drink

Summerland restaurants, cafés, and kiosks. Restaurant Solsidan, Boston Diner, and Café Borgen. Waterland two dining options. Gusto, located right at the entrance, and Lagunen pool club, which has a large lounge area.

Distance

There is plenty to do at Kneippbyn, but the distances are short. As a visitor, you can move freely between Summer and Waterland. Please decide on a meeting place in case you get separated, or write your phone number on your children's entrance wristbands so that our staff can help you more easily.
