All accommodation units undergo annual inspections. General maintenance and safety measures are continuously carried out. Of course, all accommodations are equipped with smoke detectors, which are regularly checked and tested. Units with air conditioning are inspected before each season by a licensed technician.
Our reception is staffed with trained personnel (CPR & Fire Safety certified) and is also equipped with a defibrillatorand clear emergency procedures in case of an accident. The reception is staffed daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and you can reach us by phone at +46 498 251050. After closing for the day, if needed, you can contact our security company at +46 10 210 95 95, who assist us in ensuring the safety of our guests.
The resort is compact, and motorized vehicles are not allowed in the area unless necessary for reaching your accommodation. This ensures minimal traffic for a safer and more peaceful environment.
Our adventure parks offer plenty of fun rides. These attractions are inspected annually by an external, licensed operator. Every ride is tested and maintained daily to ensure your safety. This applies to both the Summerland and Waterlandareas.
Our staff undergo thorough training for the attractions they operate, and we have clear procedures in place in case of an unexpected incident.
All staff members are also trained in CPR and wound care. Our Waterland staff additionally receive lifeguard training.
Guests are expected to be considerate of others in the parks. To visit Waterland alone, we recommend that guests be at least 13 years old and able to swim. Parental responsibility applies at all times. Please note that, due to the risk of slipping, running in Waterland is not permitted.
Meeting Point:
With many visitors in the Adventure Parks, we recommend that younger guests wear an identification wristband, available at the entrance. It is also a good idea to agree on a meeting point in case someone gets separated. Should this happen, please contact a staff member immediately.
Food & Drinks:
Our restaurants undergo both internal and external food safety inspections according to the Swedish Food Agency’s regulations. All menus display ingredient lists. If you are unsure about any ingredient, please ask our staff when ordering.
Kneippbyn Resort also carries accident insurance for visitors.

Toilets may not be the most exciting topic, but they are essential! There are numerous toilets spread across the parks. You’ll also find toilets near all restaurants.
Baby-changing facilities are available at: Summerland entrance, Theater Kiosk, Café Borgen, Solsidan, Gusto, Waterland changing rooms, and the Lagoon Pool Club.
Our area is large to fit all the fun, which sometimes leads to tired little feet! Strollers are welcome inside the park, and we also offer cart rentals, which are perfect for both carrying gear and little passengers.
We offer a wide variety of food options, including kids’ favorites. At Solsidan, a children’s buffet is served daily. Microwaves for heating baby food are available at Solsidan and Gusto.
At Summerland, we have a designated grill area where you can cook your own food, such as sausages or picnic treats. The grills are available during park opening hours. This area offers a shady spot for a relaxing break from the activities and the summer sun.
Pippilotta Viktualia Rullgardina Krusmynta Efraimsdotter Långstrump is always a children’s favorite, and here, you can meet her up close!
Sing-along sessions take place daily at Sångstundskullen, located behind Restaurant Solsidan in the northern part of the park. This is a quieter experience compared to the theater but just as magical!
Pippi Theater (performed during peak season) – it’s a good idea for someone in your group to save a seat early. The stage area is covered to provide shade from the sun.

Kneippbyn’s main parking lot is located along the main road, ensuring minimal traffic near the parks and resort area. From the parking lot, it’s about a three-minute walk to the main entrance. If someone in your group has difficulty walking up the hill, you can drop them off before parking.
All tickets are sold online, and you will receive a QR code via SMS. At the entrance, the code will be scanned, and you will receive a wristband, which must be worn throughout your visit. On most days, entry takes around five minutes when the park opens at 10:00 AM. Please have your QR code ready upon arrival.
Your safety is our top priority. Identification wristbands are available just inside the entrance, and we strongly recommend using them. If someone gets lost, please contact a staff member immediately. The same applies in case of an accident.
Our staff undergo continuous training and safety drills throughout the season. Our Service Desk is located at the Summerland entrance and is staffed during park opening hours.

If you forgot a swim diaper or shorts, you can find them for sale at our Bath Shop near the Waterland entrance.
Lost something? We collect forgotten items in both Waterland and our Service Desk at the entrance house. Please ask our staff, and we hope to reunite you with your belongings.
