All accommodation properties are inspected annually. General maintenance and safety measures are carried out on an ongoing basis. Naturally, all accommodation properties have fire alarms, which are checked and tested regularly. Units with air conditioning are inspected by a licensed technician before each season.
Our reception desk is staffed not only by trained personnel (CPR and fire safety) but also equipped with defibrillators and clear procedures in case of an accident. The reception desk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day, and you can reach us by phone at +46 498251050. After we close for the day, you can contact our security company at +46 10-210 95 95, who help us ensure the safety of our guests.
The area is compact and motorized vehicles are not permitted in the area unless you are going to your accommodation. This means minimal traffic.
Our Parks numerous exciting rides. These are inspected annually by an external, licensed operator. All attractions are tested and maintained daily for your safety. This applies to both Summer and Waterland.
Our employees undergo thorough training for the attractions they operate, and we have clear procedures in place in case something unexpected happens.
All employees are also trained in CPR and first aid. Our employees at Waterland , of course, also trained in lifesaving.
In the parks, you must show consideration for other guests, and to be alone at Waterland , we Waterland that you be 13 years old and able to swim. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children. At Waterland , it Waterland important to remember that, due to the risk of slipping, it is not advisable to run in the area.
Meeting place: Adventure parks often attract large numbers of visitors, and we recommend that our younger guests wear a contact band, which is available at the entrance. It is also a good idea to decide on a meeting place in case you get separated. If this happens, please contact one of our staff members immediately.
Food and drink: Our restaurants carry out both external and internal checks in accordance with the Swedish Food Agency's regulations. All menus must display a list of ingredients. If you are unsure, please ask us when placing your order.
Kneippbyn Resort naturally has accident insurance.

It is important to us that everything is in place for the Best Day of the Summer. We have put together a number of tips to make your visit easier. In other words, so that you have more time to experience all the fun things our Parks have to offer.

Toilets may not be the most exciting topic, but necessity knows no law, or whatever the saying is. There are a large number of toilets scattered throughout the parks. You will also always find toilets next to all restaurants. Toilets with changing tables can be found at: the Sommarland entrance, the Theater Kiosk, Café Borgen, Solsidan, Gusto, the Water Park changing rooms, and the Lagunen Pool Club.
The area is quite large to accommodate all the fun activities. This can sometimes lead to tired little feet. You are of course welcome to bring your stroller into the area, and there is the option of renting a cart that is just as suitable for packing as it is for a small passenger.
There is a wide selection of food, and of course children's favorites are on the menu. The Solsidan lunch restaurant serves a children's buffet every day. Solsidan and Gusto also have microwaves for heating up children's food.
Summerland a nice barbecue area where you can grill a sausage you brought with you or whatever else you might have in your picnic basket. The barbecues are lit during the park's opening hours. The area is lush and inviting for a short break from activities and the scorching sun.
Pippilotta Viktualia Rullgardina Krusmynta Efraimsdotter Långstrump is always a favorite among children, and here you have the opportunity to get up close and personal. Singing sessions are held daily at Sångstundskullen, located behind the Solsidan restaurant in the northern part of the park. The singing session is not quite as well attended (a little quieter) as the theater, but it is a real highlight. Just Pippiteatern (performed during high season). It may be wise for someone in your party to take a seat well in advance. There is a canopy at the theater stage to provide protection from the sun. After the second performance, there is a photo opportunity with Pippi.
Kneippbyn's main parking lot is located along the main road, which means that there is very little "traffic" in connection with the parks and resort area. From the parking lot, it is about a three-minute walk to the main entrance. If anyone in your party has difficulty walking uphill, it is possible to drive down and drop them off, then park the car.
All tickets are sold online and you will receive a QR code via text message. The code will be scanned at the entrance and you will receive a wristband. All guests must wear the wristband. It normally takes about 5 minutes to enter when the park opens at 10:00 a.m. Please have your QR code ready.
Your safety is our top priority. Just inside the entrance, there are contact strips that we recommend you use. We have procedures in place in case someone wanders off, and we want you to contact one of our employees immediately if this should happen. The same procedure applies in the event of an accident. Our employees are trained and practice continuously throughout the season. You will find our service desk at the entrance to Sommarland. It is staffed during the parks' opening hours.

It is usually quite calm in these areas, but an adult should of course accompany the child.

And hey, if you happen to forget your swimsuit or shorts, you can buy them at the swim shop located at the entrance to Waterland.
If you have lost something, we collect lost property both at Waterland at our Service Desk in the entrance hall. Please ask the staff and we hope that your belongings will be returned to you.

To ensure that you and other guests have the best possible experience at the adventure parks, it is important that you follow the safety rules and regulations in place.
As a guest, you should always:

*Knowingly putting yourself or others in danger, for example by circumventing safety procedures.
*Do not bring alcoholic beverages into the park, and do not behave in a noticeably intoxicated manner.
*Trying to jump the queue or cheat with tickets.
*Disturbing public order.
