How do I book and buy a ticket?
All ticket sales are digital, either via our website or in the Kneippbyn app. In other words, it is not possible to buy tickets on-site at our entrance gates at Kneippbyn.

What is included in the entrance ticket?
Admission to the Summer & Water Park and free rides on all attractions.
When is the Pippi Theater?
Our popular Pippi Theater, interpreted by the Regional Theater of Gotland, runs from June 22nd to August 12th.
The performances are at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Please arrive early. After the 3:00 PM show, there is a photo session with Pippi and her friends.
When is the Sing-along?
Sing-along sessions are held on all open days at 13:00 PM. The sing-along takes place at Sing-along Hill behind the Solsidan restaurant. We walk together from Villa Villekulla with Miss Prysselius and Kling and Klang.
Do you have a camping map?
Yes, you can easily find your pitch on our camping map.
What are the terms for 2-day tickets?
When purchasing 2-day tickets, the first visit day is reserved. Day two can be used within 14 days after the first visit day. Day two does not need to be booked in advance as there are reserved seats. The 2-day ticket is personal.
What are the terms for weekly passes?
With a weekly pass for accommodation guests, you can move freely between the parks. Days do not need to be booked in advance.
What are Cabanas and how do they work?
A Cabana is the best spot in the Water Park.
It’s a popular option for families who want to enjoy the sun in a more private setting, away from all the fun water slides, while also securing the best spot. Please note that all members of your party must also purchase an entrance ticket.
Description
Our Cabanas are located on a small hill above the Lagoon Oasis.
Your Cabana will be ready for you from the moment the Water Park opens, but you are welcome to arrive later if you prefer. A Cabana is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
Food & Drinks
You can conveniently order food and drinks from the nearby Pool Club via your mobile phone, and the area has full beverage service. Secure a fantastic spot for an amazing day at the Water Park!
Check-in
Cabanas are rented per open day and cost 399 SEK – regular opening hours apply. You check in at the Water Park entrance (Badshopen).
Please note that all guests over 3 years old must purchase a separate entrance ticket.
Safety package when purchasing entrance tickets
Your safety is the most important thing for us, both on-site at Kneippbyn and in the booking process!
For 150 SEK, you can add the safety package which allows you to cancel without conditions.
Safety package conditions:
When you choose the Safety package, you can cancel your tickets with a full refund until 10:00 AM on the same day you booked your park visit. (The Safety package fee is non-refundable.) You do not need to present any certificate or explain why you are canceling, just notify us at iticket@kneippbyn.se for a refund. Convenient and uncomplicated. (Purchased entrance tickets without the selected Safety package are non-refundable.)
Season pass
As the holder of a season pass or clip card, you have access to the parks on all open days during the season. Space does not need to be reserved. So, it’s okay to visit us even if the park is sold out for walk-in tickets.
Parent card - what applies?
The parent card can be shared by two people and includes a total of 10 day admissions to the Summer and Water Park. A maximum of two clips can be used per visit day.
Disability/escort
For our guests with disabilities, a specially designated ticket for reduced entrance is available, which can be booked as usual in our online booking. Upon presentation of a certificate, one companion can enter free of charge and does not need to book a ticket.
At present, we do not have the ability to provide priority queues. However, the occupancy is lower during weekends.
How do I get to and from Kneippbyn?
Kneippbyn Resort Visby is located by the sea about 4 km south of Visby.
You can get here by car, bicycle, bus, or on foot.
If you want to take the bus, it’s easiest to download the Gotland public transport app. Here you will find timetables, maps to the nearest station, and can purchase tickets. You can also visit www.gotlandbiljett.se to find information and buy tickets.
Hop on Hop off stops several times a day at our main entrance during the high season. More information and timetables can be found here.
During the high season, a few bicycles are available for rent at the reception and these are rented out on a daily basis. If you want to rent a bike for the entire stay, contact www.gotlandscykeluthyrning.com
How does parking work?
Car parking is included if you stay at Kneippbyn and a parking card is obtained upon check-in. If you are a day visitor to the Summer & Water Park, all parking is done right when you enter the Resort. Payment is made via Easypark, and Kneippbyn has parking attendants to assist you. The parking fee is 50 SEK/day.
What is the food offering at Kneippbyn like?

What is the food offering like for me as a non-meat eater, allergic person, or with other types of preferences?
Of course, we have adapted the offering so that there is something for everyone. At Breakfast, Boston Diner, Gusto, and Solsidan, we can accommodate all types of preferences and allergies.
What is the water temperature at the Water Park?
The lagoon is always 25 degrees regardless of the weather. Other pools and water slides vary but usually hover around 20 degrees
What age is allowed for swimming without parental supervision?
Children who want to swim without parental supervision should be at least 13 years old and be able to swim according to Swedish Lifesaving Society recommendations. Children under 13 years old and non-swimmers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer. Parental responsibility applies.
Of course, we also have lifeguards at the water park for your safety.
How do morning and evening swims work?
Morning and evening swimming are included for all our overnight guests in our heated Lagoon pool.
- May 23 – May 25: Morning swim only, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
- May 29 – June 1: Morning swim only, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
- June 6 – June 8: Morning swim only, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
- June 13 – June 22: Both morning and evening swimming, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM.
- June 23 – August 13: Both morning and evening swimming, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM.
- August 14 – August 17: Both morning and evening swimming, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM.
- August 22 – August 24: Morning swim only, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
How do I book paddle & tennis?

Can I visit Villa Villekulla when Kneippbyn is not open?
Yes, Villa Villekulla can be booked for group tours all year round.
With group bookings, there is also the possibility to purchase the Pippi package at a discounted price.
Bookings can be made by emailing info@kneippbyn.se or by phone at +46 498-296150 (Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM).
Where can I find the nearest toilet or changing table?
Toilets and changing tables are located throughout both parks. Check the park map on the website or in the Kneippbyn app to see which one is closest to your location.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in the parks if they are leashed. Most of our accommodations do not allow pets, but they are welcome for a fee of 300 SEK in Camping cabins Budget, Economy rooms, and Holiday homes 20-35 sqm. Check the accommodation before booking to be sure. This year, we also have a brand new dog shower for those staying at Kneippbyn.
What about lost and found items?
All lost items found in the adventure parks are taken care of at our service center at the main entrance to the Summerland, which is open according to the parks’ regular opening hours. Items are kept for one week. If you have forgotten something in your accommodation, email reception@kneippbyn.se.
Are strollers available for rent?
No, but we rent out wagons at the parking lot and at the lottery booths inside the park. The wagons cost 50 SEK in fee and 50 SEK in deposit.
What are the rules for Bicycles/Scooters/Skateboards in the parks?
These are left outside the entrance.
Are there lockers available?
Lockers are available inside the Water Park and are rented out through the pool shop.
Is there wifi?
The entire resort has free wifi for our guests. The speed may vary depending on user load.
Is smoking allowed?
Kneippbyn Resort is a smoke-free facility. If you want to smoke, there are specific designated areas, see map.
How can I easily get in touch with you?

When can I check in?
Check-in for all types of accommodation starts from 03:00 PM.
How does it work if I arrive late?
If you have rented a self-catering cottage, glamping tent, B&B, or hotel room, you will receive instructions for key collection and a map. If you arrive by camper or caravan, we have a quick stop in the large parking lot above the resort.
Will someone check our cleaned cottage before we check out?
Upon check-in, you will be given a time for inspection. If you have not received a time or have further questions, please contact reception.
When is check-out?
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
What latrine-emptying stations does Kneippbyn have?
We have a manual latrine station and a CamperClean.
CamperClean is an automatic emptying station, where you as a guest can empty your cassettes easily, hygienically, and environmentally friendly.

How do you work with safety?
Your safety is paramount to us.
To ensure your safety and allow you to focus on all the fun experiences we offer, we do the following:
All rides at Sommarland and water slides are inspected annually by an external, authorized entity.
We also conduct self-checks on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
All employees are trained in the operation of the attractions they are responsible for on the day.
Additionally, our employees are trained in CPR and lifeguarding (lifeguards).
Of course, defibrillators are readily available on-site. We care about your safety – don’t hesitate to ask us!
Can we have a picnic at the Summer & Water Park?
Absolutely. There are also barbecue areas available to all our visitors. Please note that it is not allowed to bring or consume your own alcohol in the park.
I have an electric car - can I charge it?
We have 12 electric car chargers on-site.
To charge, you need the OKQ8 app, which you can find on both the App Store and Google Play. On each charging station, there is a QR code for downloading the app.
To ensure that the chargers are available to as many guests as possible, charging is limited to 3 hours at a time.
Please note that only at these charging stations is it allowed to charge your electric car.
Where can I find the nearest shop?
On-site, there is a Coop store with a tailored selection. Every morning you can buy freshly baked breakfast bread.
Magasinet is our own little shop with a selection of snacks and drinks.
Just next door in the village of Vibble (about 700 meters away), there is a well-stocked ICA-Nära store.
Can I pay with cash?
No, Kneippbyn is a cashless facility.
