Kneippbyn Resort has several different restaurants, both for lunch and dinner. Over the years, we have developed and refined our menus to appeal to all tastes. Restaurant Solsidan offers modern home cooking that can be enjoyed on our terrace with an unbeatable view of the Baltic Sea. The playground is right next door, so the children can run around while you enjoy your coffee after your meal. At Restaurant Gusto, we have embraced Italian cuisine. Of course, we mainly use local ingredients.
Restaurant locations. At Waterland the Gusto restaurant and Lagunen Pool Club. Great food that keeps your energy levels up for a full day in the parks. At Summerland , you Summerland the Solsidan restaurant, which serves modern home cooking, or the Boston Diner burger joint. Or why not try Café Borgen? A cozy little café by Båtsjön where you can enjoy several kinds of ice cream, a delicious waffle, or just something nice to drink in our new greenhouse.
The Sunny Side
Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Open in the evenings Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At Kneippbyn Resort, just south of Visby, you will find Restaurant Solsidan, which offers a fantastic view of the magical and often mirror-smooth Baltic Sea. This family-friendly restaurant has a special children's menu and a play area.
Boston Diner

When you simply want a really good burger, Boston Diner is the obvious choice. Of course, there are plenty of options and sides. A quick, easy, and tasty solution to satisfy your hunger. Boston Diner, with its charming 1950s-inspired decor, takes you back to the golden age of burgers.
Gusto
Open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In the heart of Kneippbyn, between Summer and Waterland, lies Gusto, which serves guests both from outside and inside Waterland. Here you’ll find Italian cuisine featuring pasta for every taste, pizza, delicious salads, and family favorites. In the evening, we transform the restaurant and let Italian cuisine take center stage. Of course, you can reserve a table on our cozy outdoor patio. And did you know that we also offer a convenient takeout option if you’d like to bring your meal back to your cabin?
The Lagoon Pool Club
Open 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The lagoon has been given a completely new look and content. Here we have built a large wooden deck where you can sit and eat or just relax. The kitchen serves tasty food and cold drinks to the sound of relaxing lounge music.
Café Borgen
Open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In the middle of Summerland, below Båtsjön, lies Café Borgen – our very own ice cream castle. Here we serve soft ice cream, ice cream cones, sweets, and coffee and cake. Freshly baked waffles are also a favorite. Sit in the shade under a tree or inside our beautiful greenhouse.
