In the middle of Summerland, below Båtsjön, lies Café Borgen, our very own ice cream castle. Here we serve soft ice cream, ice cream cones, and waffles. Sit in the shade under a tree or inside our beautiful greenhouse. Or perhaps enjoy your ice cream in a rowboat just around the corner. Of course, we also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options.
