Food selection / Dining
Kneippbyn Resort features several different restaurants, open both during the day and in the evening. Restaurant Solsidan offers a very popular à la carte lunch and children’s buffet, which can be enjoyed on our terrace with an unbeatable view of the magical and often mirror-like Baltic Sea. At Restaurant Gusto, we’ve embraced Italian cuisine. Of course, we primarily use local ingredients.
At Kneippbyn Resort, there are several different restaurants that are open both during the day and in the evenings. We focus on using local ingredients as much as possible for a fresh dining experience. Restaurant Solsidan offers a popular à la carte menu with a fantastic view of the amazing Baltic Sea. Newer to our dining experience is Restaurant Gusto, where we have embraced Italian cuisine! New this year, Restaurant Gusto offers the option of take-away dining (to-go orders). Car parking is included for all guests, and a parking permit is provided upon check-in.
