What is included in the admission ticket?
Admission to Summer& Waterland unlimited rides on all attractions. A sing-along with Pippi and the Pippi Theater (running June 22–August 12) is also included in your admission ticket.
What different tickets do you sell?
We offer several different types of tickets at Kneippbyn:
Two-day ticket
When purchasing 2-day tickets, the first day of visit is booked. Day two can be used within 14 days of the first day of visit. Day two does not need to be booked in advance as there are reserved seats. The 2-day ticket is personal.
Weekly card
With a weekly pass for accommodation guests, you can move freely between the parks. Days do not need to be booked in advance.
Season ticket
For those who want to make the most of summer here with us. With a season pass, you’ll have access to all the fun activities for more than 90 days from May through August.
1-day admission
Experience the most fun day of the summer at Summer and Waterland carousels, water slides, and relaxing by the pool.
Waterland Pass
During peak season, there is a limited number of tickets available for those who only want to visit Waterland.

How do I get a season pass?
As a season ticket or multi-trip ticket holder, you have access to the parks on all opening days during the season. No advance booking is required. This means you can visit us even if the park is sold out in terms of single tickets.
Once you have purchased your season pass, you will receive a text message with a QR code that you show at the entrance to collect your wristband.
Before collection, you need to activate your card. This is done digitally.You can read our step-by-step guide here.
Accommodation
How much does it cost to take a taxi to Kneippbyn?
We partner with Taxi Gotland, which offers you, as a guest at Kneippbyn, a great fixed rate from the following locations:

A small car seats 1–4 people, and a large one seats 5–8.

For bookings made via the airline, an airport fee of 20 SEK applies in accordance with Swedavia's regulations.

A small car seats 1–4 people, and a large one seats 5–8.

How do travel packages work?
Travel packages are an excellent choice for those who appreciate simplicity and great value.
With our travel packages, you can save up to 2,250 kronor.
Our travel packages include:
- Travel from Nynäshamn or Oskarshamn
- Access to the accommodation during the booked period
- Morning swim in the Lagoon at Kneippbyn’s Waterland evening swim included during peak season).
- Access to Kneippbyn VIP with select fitness activities

What is included in an accommodation package at Kneippbyn Resort Visby?
What is included in your accommodation package at Kneippbyn Resort Visby depends on the type of accommodation you have booked.
All accommodation packages include:
- Access to the accommodation during the booked period
- Morning swim in the Lagoon at Kneippbyn’s Waterland evening swim included during peak season).
- Access to Kneippbyn VIP with select fitness activities
Admission tickets to Kneippbyn's Summer and Waterland are not included in the accommodation.
As a resident, however, you are offered:
- 2-day admission for the price of a 1-day ticket
- Discount on weekly admission

What activities are available for children at the campground?
There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy at the campground. Right nearby, you’ll find a soccer field, a pump track, swings, a volleyball court, and a tennis court. When accompanied by parents, the outdoor gym is usually a favorite too.
Another must-try during your vacation is, of course, our exciting Adventure Golf (sold separately).
How many service houses are there?
At Kneippbyn, we have three service buildings with plenty of showers, restrooms, and other amenities. The service buildings are strategically located at a convenient distance from your accommodations.
I have an electric car—can I charge it here?
Yes. There are a total of 12 charging stations on the Kneippbyn grounds.
They are distributed among:
- Daytime visitor parking
- Resident Parking
Important information:
- Charging stations are subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance
- Charging is done via the OKQ8 app
- A charging cable is required
- It is not permitted to charge an electric vehicle using a standard electrical outlet at your residence
- The charging speed ranges from approximately 1.8 kW to 22 kW
- Once the car is fully charged, it should be moved to its regular parking spot
Current prices are displayed in the OKQ8 app.
To ensure that the charging stations are available to as many guests as possible, charging is limited to 3 hours at a time.
Please note that you may only charge your electric vehicle at these charging stations.
Food & Drink
Can you pre-order food at Kneippbyn?
No. Individual day visitors cannot normally pre-order food at the restaurants.
However, once you’re at the park, it’s easy to order your food online and keep playing while it’s being prepared.
For larger groups, schools, and corporate events, special catering options can be arranged upon request. Please contact us well in advance of your visit to make group reservations and plan your event.
Does Kneippbyn offer allergy-friendly food?
Yes. We offer options for certain allergies and intolerances, such as gluten-free and lactose-free options.
The selection varies by restaurant and depending on the season.
In cases of severe allergies, it is recommended that:
- Notify staff before placing an order
- Check the ingredient information right before serving
Kneippbyn cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments, as food is prepared in shared kitchens.
Does Kneippbyn offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. There are vegetarian options available at the restaurants at Kneippbyn Summerland Kneippbyn Waterland.
The selection varies by restaurant and depending on the season, but there is always at least one meat-free option.
Vegan options are limited and may vary depending on the restaurant and the season. Please ask the staff on site about the current selection.
Can I pay with cash?
No, Kneippbyn is a cash-free facility.

Of course, we’ve tailored our menu to ensure there’s something for everyone. At Frukosten, Boston Diner, Gusto, and Solsidan, we can accommodate all types of dietary preferences and allergies.

How do I book Adventure Golf, and where do I pick up the equipment?
We're glad you want to play our fun, themed adventure golf!
Golf reservations and payments are handled at the Magasinet gift shop, located right next to the course and our reception desk. That’s also where you’ll pick up your clubs, balls, and scorecards.

Do you need to buy an admission ticket to Kneippbyn to play adventure golf?
No. You don't need to buy an admission ticket to the parks to play Adventure Golf.
Adventure Golf is a separate activity and can be played without purchasing a park admission ticket. The fee for Adventure Golf is paid on-site at Magasinet (the gift shop), which is located right next to the golf course.

Are there any group discounts?
Yes. Kneippbyn offers group discounts for:
- Schools
- Organizations
- Corporate Event
- Larger groups
For quotes and reservations, we recommend that you contact us in advance.
How do I get to and from Kneippbyn?
Kneippbyn Resort Visby is located by the sea, about 3 km south of Visby.
You can get there by car, bike, bus, or on foot.
If you want to take the bus, the easiest way is to download the Gotland Public Transportation app. There you’ll find timetables, a map to the nearest station, and the option to buy tickets. You can also visitwww.gotlandbiljett.se tofind information and buy tickets.
Local bus line 10 from Visby stops on Kneippbynvägen in the town of Vibble. From the bus stop, it takes about 8 minutes to walk to Kneippbyn.
During peak season, a limited number of bicycles are available for rent at the front desk, and these are rented on a daily basis. If you would like to rent a bicycle for the duration of your stay, please contactwww.gotlandscykeluthyrning.com
