How do you change the date if necessary?

No refunds for admission tickets to Kneippbyn's Summer& Waterland.
However, you can easily change the date on your ticket free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the day of your booked visit.

Here's how to do it.

Your booking confirmation (email) contains a link to what is called My Page. There you can view and manage your tickets. To log in to My Page, use your email address and booking number.

Select the "Rebook" button and then choose a new date. Once the rebooking is complete, you will receive new tickets (QR codes) via text message. Please note that after rebooking, the previously sent QR codes will be invalidated in the system.
