Is something broken or is there equipment missing? Please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the problem quickly and efficiently. Email or call the reception desk and we will respond as soon as we can. Please provide your accommodation number and specify what needs to be fixed.

Food & Drink

Kneippbyn Resort has several different restaurants, both for lunch and dinner. Restaurant Solsidan offers a very popular à la carte lunch, which can be enjoyed on our terrace with an unbeatable view of the magical and often mirror-like Baltic Sea. New this year is Restaurant Gusto, where we have embraced Italian cuisine. Of course, we mainly use local ingredients.
At several of our restaurants, digital ordering is done via a QR code that you will find at your table.

Cleaning instructions

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE RETURNING HOME

Before departure, the accommodation must be cleaned. We recommend that you use our checklist.

For those who have already ordered final cleaning, please read the information in the "Checklist for final cleaning orders."

If anything breaks in your accommodation during your stay, please notify the reception desk.

Water shortage on Gotland – Every drop counts

We are delighted to have you here with us on Gotland and in Kneippbyn. On Gotland, Water is Water very valuable resource that we must take great care to conserve. We are actively working on water-saving measures, but we need your help.

You know that a few simple steps can make a big difference. Here are some tips:

*Shower a little shorter and don't let the water run while soaping up, for example. Showering a little later in the evening also helps.

*Don't let the water run while brushing your teeth or shaving.

*Use the small button when flushing the toilet.
