Our fun factor!
Having a really good time is absolutely central to us at Kneippbyn Resort. We want to give our guests the very best days of summer and create holiday memories that will last a lifetime. We are convinced that when we have fun together, the interaction with our colleagues and our guests becomes so much better.

For those who work with us, we have put together something we call the Fun Factor. Broadly speaking, this consists of a number of really fun activities. The summer begins with an introduction day where we get to know each other, compete, try new foods, and more. Every week, various staff activities are organized, and the summer finale is, of course, a really fun event. The fact that you will make new friends for life is a bonus.

That's why we always start the season with an introduction day, where we tell you more about Kneippbyn, our workplace, and how we work together to create a fantastic Summer our guests.

During the introduction, you will meet your supervisor and your future colleagues. You will also get to see your workplace up close and learn what a typical workday looks like in your department.

And of course, we believe that having fun at work is just as important, because happy employees make for happy guests. We want you to feel welcome and ready for work right from the start.
