At Kneippbyn, the booking and reception desk is the heart of the resort. We are a resort with many different types of accommodation and also a 5-star campsite located in the middle of a Summer and Waterland. A place full of life, joy, and encounters. Here, you are on stage every day with a smile, a warm voice on the phone, or a hello at the counter, and you have the opportunity to create magic for every guest.

What is it like to work in our reception and booking team?

Our daily lives are filled with encounters with people from all over the world, happy families, and spontaneous questions about everything from the weather to where to find the most beautiful sunset on Gotland. No two days are alike, and that's exactly what we love.

Those of us who work here are passionate about service, warmth, and community. We help each other, laugh a lot, and support each other in everything we do. Being part of our team is as much about taking care of each other as it is about taking care of our guests.

It is important to us that every guest feels seen and receives personal service, regardless of whether they are calling to book their dream vacation or standing in front of us at the reception desk with their key in hand.

It's about creating magic in the little things, spreading joy, and helping our guests create memories that will last a lifetime.
