When visiting Summer during peak season, it is beneficial to have a basic plan. This is primarily because there is so much to choose from, and you will want to explore as much as possible without feeling rushed. At Kneippbyn, we offer every conceivable accommodation option. Whether you choose camping, a cottage, a B&B, or a hotel, all are located in close proximity to restaurants and Parks.

Planning proposal
Day 1 Check-in. If you are staying at the campsite, it may be possible to check in a little earlier. Once you have settled in, the children will usually be eager to find something fun to do. Perhaps you could start by exploring our exciting area, playing an hour of volleyball, tennis, or why not padel. Our special adventure golf course is also a great way to start. Right after the parks close, we invite you to an evening swim (included for guests) in our lovely lagoon.
Day 2 After enjoying breakfast accompanied by magical views of the Baltic Sea, Summer and Waterland await. With over 90 activities, there is something for the whole family. Many people divide their day between the parks, but you are of course free to move between them as you please. Gotland's most popular theater (Pippi Theater) performs daily during high season.
Day 3 It's time to set off on an adventure. Many choose one of the island's magical beaches. Whether you want to go far or stay close, Gotland offers some really nice swimming spots. Did you know that Gotland is Sweden's most horse-dense region? If you want to go on a horseback riding trip together, there are plenty of opportunities. The evening is best spent in Visby's inner harbor. There you will find the immensely popular Glassmagasinet with flavors from all corners of the world. It's best not to eat too heavy a dinner if you want to enjoy all the delicious flavors.
Day 4 Gotland is Sweden's sunniest destination. If the weather is bad for some reason, we recommend Fenomenalen. A science center aimed at curious families who want to discover things together. At Fenomenalen, you can try out both technical and scientific inventions. Do you like knights? During Gotland's high season, jousting tournaments are held several days a week.
Day 5 Before the ferry leaves in the afternoon, you'll wrap things up with a second visit to Summer and Waterland. It's time to revisit your favorite rides and try to win big on the chocolate wheel. And hey, don't forget to snap a pic with Pippi before you leave.
